Alicia Hernandez

Alicia began working in the mortgage and real estate industry in 1989. She has held a variety of positions ranging from receptionist to processor, loan processor to escrow officer, and underwriter to funding manager.

The varied experience that Alicia brings to your transaction, whether it is the purchase, sale, or refinancing of your home, means that she can quickly spot potential problems and solve them before they would even be noticed by most people in the industry.

Vanessa Hurtado: Loan Processor

Vanessa graduated near the top of her class at Downey High School. She enrolled as a business major at Cal-State Long Beach, before becoming fascinated with loan processing. She found this career to be one where she could quickly get results and help people to buy their dream home.

She left college and immersed herself in the many programs and requirements of the major lenders in the mortgage industry. This knowledge helps Vanessa to quickly process loans and close them in a very short time.
